How does the Online Yoga Teacher Training by Jiva Yoga Academy works?

What you will need is a device to watch the lessons, a yoga mat, two blocks if it is available and a rope as well an open heart and the desire to learn with passion, (you will have our support on this!).

We will begin the course by providing you with the Course Syllabus and Live Class Content Overview, Reading List and Assignment List.

Jiva Yoga Academy will provide you with nine eBooks under the categories such as Light On Yoga,  Yoga Anatomy, Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha, Patanjali Yoga Sutra, Hatha Yoga Pradipika etc. that covers the course syllabus.

You will have 115 Contact hours with the teachers on Live Classes in all the subjects. The rest 85 are Non-Contact Hours (self practice, self study & exam).

These classes will be mediated via Zoom App if you miss any class you no need to worry you will receive recording of our live class and end of the week our teachers will be live for your questions.
