100 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

The 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is designed as the first half of the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course. It is not a separate, independent program and therefore does not include any certification on its own. This course is especially suited for those who are unable to dedicate an entire month to complete the 200-hour training in one stretch, and prefer to divide their journey into two parts. It also serves those who are seeking a shorter immersion in yoga practice and philosophy without the intention of becoming a certified teacher. Students who complete the initial 100 hours can later return to finish the remaining 100 hours, which together fulfill the full 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training requirement and lead to certification

We are confident that you will enjoy learning with us. Our knowledgeable and experienced teachers are always ready to guide and support you. This will be an unforgettable experience, as we treat all our students like family. Each teacher provides clear, easy-to-understand lessons across various subjects, helping you gain a deeper understanding of the yogic lifestyle. You can also find us on Bookretreats.com.

Yoga Philosophy

It provides a framework for understanding the nature of existence, the self, and the path to spiritual liberation (moksha). At its core, yogic philosophy is based on the concept that the true self (Atman) is eternal and connected to the universal consciousness (Brahman). The ultimate goal of yoga is to realize this connection, transcending the limitations of the ego and achieving self-realization or enlightenment.
