CAN A BEGINNERS BECOME A YOGA TEACHER?

Yes, very much so. The first step in the direction of becoming a Yoga Teacher is to complete 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). For this, you don’t need any prior yoga experience.

IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOGA BEFORE STARTING THE TEACHER TRAINING COURSE?

All our courses are designed in a manner apt for all – beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners. However, we are happy to recommend the below books as pre-reads for the course: • Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Bandha (200 hours) • Four Chapters of Freedom (300 hrs).

WHAT ARE THE BATCH SIZES FOR EACH COURSE?

Our batch sizes vary from 8-12 students on an average.

IS THERE AN EXAMINATION TO GET THE FINAL COURSE CERTIFICATION?

Yes, a practical and written examination is conducted at the end of every course to check the level of knowledge gained by the student.

WHAT CERTIFICATE WILL I GET UPON COMPLETION OF THE COURSE?

The course is certified by Yoga Alliance USA.

WHAT KIND OF ACCOMMODATION DO WE OFFER?

We have options of shared (twin sharing) and private rooms with attached bathroom.

WHAT IS THE FOOD PROVIDED DURING THE COURSE?

We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner as part of the teacher training program.

ARE STUDENTS ALLOWED TO EAT AT OUTSIDE RESTAURANTS?

Yes, at their own cost.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE STAY?

Stay from the 2nd to the 25th of the month. • Three meals each day for the above-specified duration. • Necessary course material (manual, notebook, pen, reading material)

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET VEGAN FOOD DURING THE COURSE?

Yes

Do I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YOGA MAT?

We will be providing you yoga mat during the course.

CAN I STAY EXTRA NIGHTS?

Yes, You need to pay $19 per night including meal.

IS THE BOOKING AMOUNT REFUNDAVBLE?

No! but you can join next available course.
