Refund Policy

Deposit & Booking Fee

• To secure your spot in our 100-hour, 200-hour, or 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) or any other program, a €200 deposit is required at the time of booking.
• This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• However, it can be transferred to a future course within one year, provided you inform us at least 30 days before the course start date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation 30+ Days Before the Course Start Date

• Your deposit can be transferred to another course within one year.
• Any additional amount paid (beyond the deposit) will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellation Within 30 Days of the Course Start Date

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for any payments made.
• In some cases, you may be allowed to transfer your deposit to a future course at our discretion.

No Show / Early Departure

• No refund will be given if you fail to attend the course or leave early.
• The school reserves the right to decline or dismiss a student if they engage in misconduct before or during training. In such cases, the course fee is non-refundable.
• In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies), we may allow you to join a future course, subject to availability.

Course Postponement & Rescheduling

If Jiva Yoga Academy needs to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government regulations, or a pandemic), you will have two options:

• Transfer your deposit to a future course within one year.
• Receive a refund of any amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Wise, PayPal, Revolut, or bank transfer).

Additional Notes

• Jiva Yoga Academy is not responsible for any travel expenses, visa costs, or personal expenses due to cancellation.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us via email as soon as possible.
