How to cleanse your body?

  1. Cleansing through Breath (air): How a breath helps to cure an individual physical, mental, emotional and economical issue of life. Here we also teach how one changes the various physical and mental patterns through breath.
  1. Cleansing through water: Water plays a significant role in our life, as we all know that our whole body is comprised of more then 70% of water. Here we teach how water helps in balancing our life. Our body has two type of environment, one is acid and other is alkaline, and it is very essential to main a good balance of acid and alkalinity in the body, so how just by drinking the right amount of water we can balance our physical, emotional and mental body. Water therapy techniques are also taught which helps in curing various diseases of the body.
  1. Cleansing through Fasting (space): Fasting plays a significant role in the detoxification of our body and how energy flow works during fasting in our body is also explained here.

One of the best parts of our 200 hour Yoga TTC is emotional unblocking kriya that makes this course unique and different from others. It’s a practical therapy where you will learn to know your blocking point and how to remove them. It is a 3 to 5 day program that depends on the people how much they need. Emotional unblocking therapy is a detoxification kriya, it frees your body and mind from past trauma. During the course our teacher will offer you theory & lecture, how to give the treatment to others, know your blocking knots and practice.
